Evelina has been practicing law for over twelve years and has extensive experience in worker's compensation, personal injury law and insurance based litigation, much of it gained as a senior associate in large Sydney law firms. She has experience in acting for plaintiffs, defendants and insurers in most NSW courts and tribunals.

Evelina speaks at seminars and publishes articles in professional journals on personal injury subjects. She is a member of the Law Society of NSW and the Young Lawyers Association.

Evelina has used her longstanding experience in acting for or dealing with insurers to hone her tactical skills. She is a skilled strategist who understands how to get the best outcomes for her clients with the minimum of cost and delay.

Evelina is a fluent speaker of Italian.
