How much will it cost me for my workers compensation claim?

Nothing. It is free of charge to you. It is expected that injured workers have legal advice and the Scheme covers injured workers to obtain legal advice at no cost to them. There is no cost. We charge no fees for providing advice and you will not get a bill from us in relation to any advice given to or work performed in relation to your workers compensation injury. Our firm also funds any disbursements for any out-of-pocket expense for example, medical reports. You will not be out-of-pocket at all. Also legal costs do not come out of any amounts recovered for your entitlements. I repeat that our fees are covered under the Legislation.
